This Lifetime Structural Warranty is extended to you by Snugtop UK, Morton Park Way, Darlington, DL1 4PG.
This warranty applies to you the original purchaser and to the new Snugtop cap/lid when purchased from an authorised Snugtop dealer. This warranty is non transferable and applies to the top only for as long as it remains with the original and first truck of installation.

The structure of your new Snugtop fibreglass top/lid is warranted to be free from defects in the materials and workmanship for as long as you own it.

All other components, such as doors, windows (excluding glass), boots, hardware etc are warranted for a period of 1 year from the date of fist retail purchase.

Painted exterior finishes of the top/lid are warranted for the life of the product against defects in workmanship and abnormal fading (if the top/lid fades faster than the truck).

Limitations and Exclusions of this Warranty
The following limitations and exclusions apply:
Damage due to abuse, misuse, accident, improper installation, removal or reinstallation, alterations, lack of maintenance or normal wear and tear is not warranted.
Glass breakage or scratches are not warranted.
Crazing resulting from impact or misuse is not warranted.
Damage caused by installation performed by anyone other than the distributor or authorized dealer is not warranted.
Damage to accessories or contents other than the top/lid is not warranted.
Damage or wear and tear to the truck's paint finish caused the top/lid resting on the truck bed rails, the tops rear door touching the vehicle tailgate are not warranted.
Damage caused by operating the truck top/lid in the open position is not warranted.

Warranty Repair or Replacement
If your Snugtop top/lid is found to be defective under the terms of this warranty, it must be returned to an authorized Snugtop dealer for repair and or shipment to the factory. Repairs will be made at no cost except for the shipping cost to the place of purchase, the nearest authorized dealer or the factory, whichever is less.

Incidental or Consequential Damages
Snugtop does not authorize any person to extend any obligation with regards to this limited warranty except provided herein. The original purchaser's remedy for breach of warranty shall consist solely of repair or replacement as provided under the terms of this warranty. No warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, if any is implied from the sale, shall extend for a longer duration of this written warranty. Snugtop expressly excludes liability for any incidental or consequential damages as a result of the purchase or use of the Snugtop fibreglass lid/top.

Validate your Warranty
This Lifetime Structural Warranty will be protected only if you complete by post or email the attached Warranty Registration form within 21 days of purchase. Retain and make available 'proof of purchase' at the time of any warranty claim.
