Industry leader SNUGTOP has given owners of Nissan's new D40 Pick up, a dramatic styling statement in the form of its new "XTR" model fibreglass canopy. This exclusive design features a built-in roof rack that incorporates 2" tubular roof bars and a special streamlined fairing. The lines of the "XTR" are designed to accentuate factory styling. New features for the D40 XTR include remote entry with standard features like frameless curved glass windows and a finished edge that blends into the truck bed which make it look like it "belongs" on the Nissan Navara.
Other key design attributes of the SNUGTOP "XTR" cap include "pop-out" windows, an integrated LED third brake light, and a large rear window for improved vision.
Important technical features of the new "XTR" canopy include 1-piece reinforced fibreglass construction, as well as a patented method of "sealing" the cap by means of a special inner lip. Each cap is painted to match factory colours using the highly effective DuPont basecoat / clearcoat process. SNUGTOP backs each cap with a 3 year Structural Warranty, as well as a 3 year Paint Warranty.

In addition to the XTR Snugtop have also launched the familiar Cab Hi with side windows or solid sidesand the Supersport model for the new D40.

Snugtop have also launched a new model (not previously offered for the Nissan D22) for the D40 in the form of the the Hi Liner model. This entry level top is aimed specifically at the work truck, with its high level roof, solid sides and white only paint finish.

New Designs for Snuglid and XTR introduced for Nissan Rally Raid

Snugtop UK, the leading supplier of fibreglass truck tops and lids has launched limited edition designs for both their XTR and Snuglid products to tie in with the launch of the Nissan Rally Raid double cab pick up.

Both products take their styling from the original vehicle, offering seamless integration between the vehicle and Snugtop product.

Fitted prices for the liveries will be approximately £100 + VAT and will be available to fit retrospectively.

The new designs will be available for all Rally Raid colours from March and will be sold exclusively through the Nissan Motors Dealer Network.
